Job Responsibilities:
- Help consumers find the “right” insurance plan for their needs
- Provide top-notch, friendly customer service via phone, email, and text
- Quote & sell personal and commercial insurance policies
- Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and general questions
- Check in with clients at renewal to ensure satisfaction with our agency

- Great Communicator: strong communication skills with a friendly, upbeat phone voice
- Self-Driven: you know how to get the job done and don’t need to be micromanaged
- Work Ethic: you either have it or you don’t...at Switch you need to have it
- Tech Savvy: above-average computer skills or a quick “digital” learner
- A Pulse: that’s just a little test to see if you’re still paying attention
Requirements:
- Active Michigan Insurance License (Property & Casualty)
- At least 2 years experience in an independent agency setting
COVID-19 Precaution(s): Remote interview process This position will allow you to work in our office or remotely.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
