It is important that the first person our customers speak with provides a great first impression while having the ability to solve problems and stay organized.

Job Requirements:
- Answer the phone and transfer calls to the appropriate area.
- Call customers to follow up on needed documents.
- Work with agent to meet goals.
- Gather personal information from prospective customers.
- Call customers who have a policy in a canceling status.
